Our Team
Stacie Walter Founding Partner/ CEO
Our founder and CEO, Stacie Walter, brings over 20 years of experience in team management, trade shows, meetings, and events. As Southeast Wyoming’s only Certified Meeting Professional, Stacie is renowned for her expertise and logistical prowess, ensuring seamless and unforgettable experiences for our clients.
At Boots on the Ground Productions, she oversees our full-service meeting, event, and convention planning for a diverse range of clients, including the One West Tourism Alliance, Visit Cheyenne, the Hell on Wheels Rodeo and Chuck Wagon Dinner, Eastern Wyoming College, and various Wyoming State Agencies. She handles all aspects of event planning, including project schedules, site selection, budgets, agendas, site visits, flawless execution, and detailed billing audits.
Known as a logistical mastermind, she works closely with service partners to provide a seamless and professional experience.
Stacie enjoys traveling, knitting, hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado and Wyoming, great culinary experiences and the quest to taste the finest craft distilled rye whiskies.
